A nice spot for a relaxing vacation yet easy to walk to the beach and all the restaurants. Jorge was always walking the premises making sure everyone was accommodated, very nice guy. Always making sure we were safe and answered any questions we had. We rented scooters to visit other provinces in the area and it was safe to park outside in the parking space. When we go out at night, and come back late, the security would always receive us with a flash light, making sure we got into the apartment safe. We had an amazing 9 day vacation, thank you

Second stay in Coco. This location was excellent. Many pools for my six year old to choose from. 10 minute max walk to stores, beach and restaurants. Parking was excellent. Security was great. Two beach chairs.

Excellent apartment, spacious, clean, with beautiful decoration, and good views. I would like to highlight that it is exquisitely equipped with everything you need to spend excellent and comfortable vacations, you can tell that they have thought of even the smallest details. You have access to the pool directly from the apartment and you can access all the other pools in the complex. It is located very close to several beaches and areas with supermarkets, pharmacies and bars, and restaurants. Located in the best area of ​​El Coco. The managers were always attentive to our comfort and solved problems that arose as soon as they were asked. As a point of improvement: Condominium access security protocols need to improve. Do not trust that it is a 'closed' condominium and keep doors locked just as a precaution. But after the small hiccups, I can confirm without hesitation that we will return and recommend it!

The condo was nice. Only negative things would be no pressure from shower heads and towels were really rough. Probably hang dried since there is no dryer in unit. Location is nice. We were able to walk to Coco Beach.

Perfect place to stay in Costa Rica! The pools were awesome, everything was clean, communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay in Las Palmas. Everything was walkable. If you are not that fit or comfortable with very hot weather, renting a golf cart or something might be something to consider because everyday it was 37degrees Celsius / 100 F, at least and the humid humidity is significant. I have no issues with the heat and love walking so this was a primary reason for booking this location as I didn’t require a vehicle to get around regularly. I booked a few tours on the main road and they picked me up right at the Java cafe and I walked to the beach across the road when I did the catamaran excursion. Everything was fantastic.

The place is beautiful, near the beach, groceries store and restaurants. The apartment complex is small, peaceful and clean. With a good parking lot (not gated, but a security guy at night keep the place secure). The apartment was clean, with everything you could need, the kitchen is small, but well distributed. And the rooftop terrace give you great views and a perfect place for outdoors dinners

The condo was all around excellent. Good layout with high ceilings. Extensive collection of kitchen utensils. The solid concrete construction made the place very quiet. We never heard a peep from neighbors. Looked down on a small sitting pool which was a nice place to cool off with a drink. A short walk away was a larger pool for swimming. There were many other pools in the complex. There were typically 0 to 4 other people using the pool at any giver time. Many trees, plants, flowers, iguanas, monkeys and birds in the complex. We were initially disappointed that there was no gas bbq on arrival, but the owners quickly provided a nice little charcoal bbq that worked great. Although some people were staying without transportation, I would not as the place is not close to beach, restaurants (except 1) or grocery stores.

Wonderful spot, and I especially appreciated how communicative Daniel was. The pool was unfortunately dirty while we were there but they cleaned it as we left. Despite that, I would definitely stay again. Beautiful view!

My friend and I stayed and we loved the place, There were a few little things that needed attention, but Daniel ( my contact) was always on the other end of the phone, and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I would recommend it to anyone, the best thing for us 75 and 76 years old was that it was walkable to the shops and beach.

We had a great time. It was close to the main strip and beach to walk but far enough to be quite. The pool was so clean and refreshing. Great place to stay in Coco.

The home was just as described, and the host communicated well. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels, TP and other supplies. The only negative was that we were not supplied with a remote for the front gate, so, if the guard was not there to open it for us, we had to get out of the car and use the key. This happened quite a few times (twice while is was raining), but we would stay there again.

Lovely condo with great pools, both the adjacent one and the main pool. Nice gardens. Comfortable and well equipped condo.

El apartamento es bastante cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. La llegada al mismo es un poco larga desde el parqueo, por lo que para personas con alguna discapacidad o mayores, puede ser un poco complicado. Muy buena comunicación de parte del anfitrion.
