Communication

Our company ensures prompt and clear communication with our clients and guests. We are available 24/7 and can be reached through a call or message service.

We also feature all information related to your property on your personal members’ private profile, for which only you have access to.

Guest Management

We offer personalized check-ins and check-outs as well as on-call service to all guests. Due to health concerns related to the current pandemic, we also offer contactless check-ins and check-outs.

Cleaning Services

We organize the cleaning of your property following each visit. The cost of the cleaning, following each guest’s visit is included in the price of the reservation. Our staff also ensures that the cleaning is in line with current Covid-19 protocols.

Inspections

We provide inspections following each short-term rental and monthly inspections for long-term rentals, ensuring your property remains intact and is in prime condition for future guests.In case of damages, we follow a reporting protocol to the booking platform. We have a 100% success rate in receiving compensation for guest damages.

Costa Rican Taxes

Costa Rican law states that short-term rentals are due to pay 13% IVA sales tax on all bookings in addition to the Income-tax (Impuesto de Renta). You can read more about the implications of the new aggressive rules placed by the Costa Rican government in 2019 here:

As a law-abiding and ethical company, we adhere to all Costa Rican rules. With that said, we handle all tax claims for our customers. We work with a local accounting firm, which ensures that our affairs are handled correctly and present proof to all of our clients.

Inventory

We provide a quarterly inventory report for long-term rentals, ensuring all your belongings are kept safe and accounted for. For short-term rentals, we complete an inventory count following every guest check-out.

Maintenance

We manage any planned and unforeseen maintenance that your property might require.

Marketing

Our marketing team will ensure that your property is showcased as much as possible through the use of third-party booking sites including, but not limited to: VRBO, Airbnb, Trip Advisor, etc.

We also engage in digital marketing campaigns via various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and E-mal.

Bill Management

We offer the standard Bill Management services to ensure that your property is up to date with all bills and payments.
In addition, we include complete reports, encompassing :

  • Monthly statements

  • Unforeseen fees and costs

  • Cash flow projections

Financial Flexibility

We offer our clients a number of methods to receive their earnings. Wire Transfers, Canadian e-Transfers, PayPal, and Crypto are just some of the many forms of financial payment and payout forms available.
