What is your cancellation policy?

Our main priority is to provide our clients with the most innovative and customer-service-oriented property management services in the region. Because we are certain that you will love our services, we only require a two-month notification to cancel your contract.

What is your process to determine the rent amount?

We work with each of our clients individually and factor in the ideal amount they would like to receive, along with a comparative market analysis of similar properties in the area. Another important aspect is the key selling point of the property, which altogether helps us determine the maximum, yet reasonable, amount of rent for the property.

Which currencies can I use in Costa Rica?

The Costa Rican colon is the most widespread currency here. However, the $US dollar is also considered a legal tender and accepted anywhere. Keep it mind that if you pay in dollars, you will most likely receive colones back and some supermarkets and shops have really poor exchange rates and do not always warn you.

Is the tap water safe to drink?

Yes, the tap water in Costa Rica is safe to drink. The same goes for ice served in most cold drinks.

Is tipping necessary or expected?

Most service-based locations include an automatic surcharge of 10%. Especially as a foreigner, if you leave a tip on top of the surcharge, it is usually much appreciated.

Yes, Costa Rica prides itself as the safest country in Central America. The most common crime that occurs in the country is petty crime. Certain locations have a reputation for higher crime rates than others, however, it is once again overall a very safe country.
